Quilled Easter Egg
Easter is not that far away and I decided to do some Easter quilling.
I choose to make an all white egg with sparkly bits. It took 2 days to complete and I have started on a purple one.

Altered Matchbox
This is the first decorated matchbox I have made. The theme was "Romance" and it was done for a swap on Paper Craft Planet.
It was so much fun that I am going to do another one!

Australia Day Flowers
A celebration of our flora. Five Australian wildflowers in a wreath shape.
I grew up in the bush so have an appreciation of the flowers that grow there. Some are impossible to grow in a suburban garden.

New Year, New Quilling.
With a hot summer here, I have been finding it hard to get back to quilling. But I finally sat down and worked on a pattern from Australian Paper Crafts that I had not tried before. I made this card with a Cooktown orchid for a family birthday.

3 Framed Quilled Pictures
I made these for a gift with the colours requested, but I had a free reign with the rest of the design. Embellished with jewel dots, stickers and vellum and scrapbook paper.

Christmas ornament
I recently attended a craft show and was keen to try quilling with these mats. They from an Aussie company and there were many that would combine well with quilling.
It is about 10cm in diameter. I have used scrapbook paper for the backing and quilled holly and a dove in keeping with the Christmas theme.
I may add a bow at the top - I will have to hunt through my ribbon box for a suitable colour.
