Rainbow Quilling Challenge

A small floral wreath with a rainbow effect for the September challenge on

The flowers and leaves are glued to florist wire. It was hard to pick a project and I had written down a few things to try such as a hot air balloon or some jewellery.
But in the end I decided on a wreath.
