I Can Never Get Enough Hats
In this card I have used a delightful free digital stamp from

It was published earlier in May and I knew I wanted to do some quilling with it.
I seem to have a fixation with spiral roses at the moment but they add just the right touch of elegance.
I have added a sparkly necklace as well.
